Best Character Voting

Question:Should all characters on the site be eligable for voting from month to month, or only characters added that month (or previous month)? One way opens us up to getting the same "Best Character" every month, while the other gives us limited selections. Another option is to not have a character win two times in a row. Sure, they can win every other time still. Do you find this valuable? |

I'd rather have the characters being voted for being the ones posted during the month in question. Whether it's a good idea or not depends mostly on how many characters do you get in a month though. I would find it redundant to vote between two characters, much less one. A way to go around this is to decide upon a set number of nominees. If that number isn't met at the end of the month, add the last uploaded characters who haven't won the Character of the Month award yet.
