Alternatively, The "Murder House"

Occupied by: Jack Baker (vampire) and Althea Baker (ghost)

The Baker House has earned its capital-letter status by being surrounded by strange occurences for forty years. This is in no small part due to its occupants.

The house has two stories - the first floor contains the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, pantry (with stairs to the cellar) and a laundry area. The second story has four bedrooms and a bathroom.

Noticeable Features

  • The house is still furnished, but sparsely - a mildewy couch, maybe some kitchen implements, etc.
  • There is a thick layer of dust over everything; in it, one may see a profusion of animal footprints (mostly downstairs), despite the fact that the house is pretty well closed up.
  • One of the bedrooms upstairs is partially converted into a nursery.
  • There is a fireplace in the master bedroom and one in the living room.
  • There are animal bones everywhere, mostly rats, but also cats, dogs, deer, wolves, and others.
  • Outside the house, there is a wrap-around porch, sizeable back and side yards, and a forest area.
  • The cellar is fairly large, but mostly empty - there are a lot of boxes stacked up against one wall.
    • Behind the boxes, there is a secret door of some sort that leads to a maze of tunnels that goes all throughout the front yard, and who knows how much farther.
