Promethean
A Galatea taking the role of avenging angel who nightly patrols the city streets.

Background
Jacob was created in a small backwater town in southern USA. His creator, a Centimanus, had taken control of the town, using the people's faith in religion and his transmutations to form a cult to himself, as a messenger of God. He created Jacob to act as a angel to enforce his rule and deal with outsiders and to grow his wings. This situation didn't last and Jacob rebeled violently against his 'duties' then fled.

Life and Personality
Jacob knows he's not an angel but not human either. He has a vague sense that interacting with humans causes them to act strangely as well as causing him to feel torment. Wary of this, he lives in big cities where he can use the environment to go unnoticed. His current lair is atop a large cathedral where one more statue of an angel won't draw any attention.

Because of his religious background and strong sense of justice, he will keep watch for people in trouble and will drop down from the rooftops to help. He mostly relies on surprise to beat or scare off criminals and will only stay for a few rounds of combat against one or two people. If it looks like the fight will go on for too long or if there are more people arriving, he will leave quickly. He won't kill but he's not against causing permanent injury as a strong lesson.

He hasn't met another promethean besides his creator yet but would be very interested to hear what they have to say. He's also seen hints of other supernaturals at work on the streets, specifically vampires, but hasn't confronted any.
