Uploading Steps
1) Go to the "All Characters" section for what ever game system you are uploading a character for.
2) Create a new page ("Add page" option on left hand side of page)
2a) Name the new page after your character (this is the page name, make it unique if another exists).
2b) Add any "Keyword Tags" you can think of (like its name, werewolf/vampire/mage, 1 or 2 word occupation, etc) . This makes it easier to search for later.
2c) Choose the "Character Page" template (or don't if you prefer).
3) Edit your new page. Add background info, descriptions, pictures and stuff.
4) Upload a character sheet (preferably a pdf. Not .doc or .xls. virus and compatiblity issues)
5) Add a link to your character in the "All Characters" section and in the relevant "Type" section.
6) Tweek it later to make it look better
7) Repeat with next character.

Character Sheet Suggestions:
For Wold of Darkness:
1) After getting an editable character sheet at Mr. Gone's website
2a) Use something like Foxit to edit and save the pdf.
3a) Upload the pdf.
or
2b) Search the web for a "pdf printer driver" like this one
3b) Fill it out, print it to a pdf file and upload it.

If you're having trouble with pdfs, you can always add it as plain text at the bottom of the page (or in a discussion thread for the page).
