Background
What little concrete facts are known about Delilah can be summed up as she is a wizened, she owns a unisex hair salon downtown and if you sit and let her cut your hair, she'll kill anyone you want for the right price. Of course, this isn't much to go by and rumours have rushed in to fill the void over the years:
'Her keeper was the original Delilah, the one in the Bible, taught her everything she knew about destroying men completely.'
'You gotta watch out for those scissors man, they're made of the Hedge. One snip and out comes your soul. No, I don't know why she'd want it, how should I know?'
'All those murders down in Seattle. That was her. Damn, she works fast, took out three guys in one night, strangled them with a rope made from hair.'
'Well, I don't know why she left the Autumn court for sure. But, remember the Lord of Autumn who was found dead without a mark on him, well *meaningful look* I'm not telling.'
'I'm serious, cut my hair and trimmed my beard, all for five bucks. Bargain!'

Of course, these rumours aren't true but they aren't entirely false. Delilah (no second name) wandered out of Faerie in July 1997, with no memory of who she was and only a vague memory of where she'd been. The memory was of hair and the constant sound of scissors snipping away in the darkness. She doesn't remember any keeper at all or where she found the pair of scissors she was clutching at the time. The Lost of the city took her in, taught her what she was and how to survive in the world, like so many others, and originally, she joined the Spring court. Sadly, her dour, withdrawn personality made her very unsuitable and she left, joining the Autumn court. Around this time, she learned she had a talent for killing, after helping another changeling destroy his fetch and she began offering her services to others. When it extended to anyone, not just fetches, the Autumn court disowned her though no one is sure exactly why. Now courtless, she runs her salon away from the politics of the Lost but the rumours never stop and there's always a new changeling who wants someone dealt with and is willing to pay. But she has never charged less than ten bucks for a hair cut so stop asking!

Appearance
Her mask is a skinny, pale woman in her mid-thirties with deep wrinkles at the edges of her eyes and mousy brown hair which is shoulder length and wispy. She usually has a sour, tired expression, especially when concentrating on a customer's hair. Her clothing is plain and colourless though she often has one piece of blue clothing.

Her seeming is taller and paler, so skinny that her skin is stretched over her bones. Her hair is very messy and grows at odd angles. Her fingers are unnaturally long and thin and she twitches them almost constantly.

She always carries her scissors with her, no matter what.

Fighting Finese - Hedge Scissors

Token
The token she carries are her Hedge Scissors. When inactive, they appear as ordinarytarnished steel scissors. When active, they are polished silver, with a thorn and vine pattern over the outside of the blades and on the handles, that seem to catch the light impressively.
In combat, the scissors have the same stats as a knife (str+1 lethal, size 1). When activated, they will also subtract 1 dot from a physical stat of the users choice as long as they cut the target. This applies to cuts that do no damage or minimal damage such as pricking a finger tip or cutting off some hair too. This works only once per cut but can be activated again afterwards. The stat loss lasts for one day and effects other things based on them such as health, speed or initiative.

Drawback: The Hedge Scissors are difficult to use discreetly. Once activated, they catch any glimmer of light and glint menacingly as well as making short snipping sounds. Because of this, the user suffers a -2 penalty to stealth rolls while they are active.
Catch: The user's connections to friends and family are like a fine thread to the Scissors and they are snipped away for a day per activation. People she knows are mysteriously difficult to contact and have no time for her. In fact, they barely notice her at all unless forced to. The character's Allies, Contacts, Mentor and Retainer scores are all treated as one lower for a day per activation.
